About the Role
As a Head Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring exceptional care delivery and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients, leading nurse-led appointments and scheduled activities.
- Support consults, surgeries, and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
- Manage patient monitoring, care, admissions, and discharges.
- Provide clinical leadership, inspiration, and development to the nursing team.
- Work weekends and bank holidays as required.
Requirements
- RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
- Confident leader with experience in motivating colleagues.
