About the Role

Contribute to solving customer physical analysis challenges and improving yield through dual-beam (FIB-SEM) analysis in the semiconductor field. Support both wafer-based and small FIB-SEM platforms, leading on-site support, automation recipe development, and cross-functional collaboration. Passionate candidates who can maximize customer value are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer support, including system installation, operator training, and technical inquiry response.
  • Develop and support automation recipes, including evaluation and implementation of new technologies and applications.
  • Support sales activities such as demos, evaluations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and technical proposals.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of FIB-SEM related applications.
  • Provide technical feedback and collaborate with Product Development and Marketing departments.
  • Propose and support yield improvements based on physical analysis.

Requirements

  • Possess a solid understanding of semiconductor physics.
  • Have practical experience operating semiconductor analytical equipment and understanding their mechanical architecture.
  • Be available for domestic and international travel as required.
