About the Role

As the primary regional contact for HR systems in the Asia Pacific region, you will play a key role in ensuring our HR technology ecosystem supports business objectives, enhances employee experiences, and enables informed decision-making. This role is crucial for driving the effectiveness, accuracy, and evolution of our HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and optimal system performance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related issues, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and support to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to maximize system effectiveness and support business needs.
  • Support the implementation, integration, enhancement, and rollout of HR technologies across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Coordinate project planning, testing, deployment, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that drive user adoption and confidence in new systems and processes.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports that support strategic business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with local HR technology vendors, ensuring service levels, upgrades, and maintenance activities are effectively executed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS implementation projects from planning through deployment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience working with HRIS solutions such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
  • Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements and data protection regulations.
