About the Role

Grind is seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for daily operations with 3PL and 3PM partners, ensuring smooth movement of goods across various stages of the supply chain. The position requires a detail-focused individual comfortable with data and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for 3PL and 3PM partners, supporting smooth and accurate logistics operations.
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries from suppliers, roasters, and third-party manufacturers, including scheduling, documentation, and goods receipts.
  • Oversee outbound movements to B2B customers, ensuring orders are accurate, on time, and issues are tracked.
  • Maintain the B2B logistics dashboard, flagging and monitoring issues against real-time movement data.
  • Raise and track stock transfers, highlighting delays or discrepancies.
  • Receive, update, and adjust purchase orders for stock movements through the 3PL.
  • Report on operational performance, service issues, risks, and recurring challenges with the Logistics Manager.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, internal teams, and external partners to support seamless logistics flows.
  • Provide cover and support across wider logistics tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider Supply Chain team to maintain operations, flag risks, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse coordination, 3PL operations, or a similar fast-paced operational role.
  • Good understanding of warehouse, stock movement, and 3PL processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and operational priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with purchase orders, stock transfers, receipts, and delivery information.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze, manage, and present operational data clearly.
  • Experience using inventory management systems, order management systems, or similar operational platforms.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to spot issues, flag risks, and follow through on actions.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in managing relationships with suppliers, carriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider Supply Chain team.
