About the Role
We are seeking a bi-lingual German and English speaking Patient Support Specialist to communicate with patients and doctors, manage consultation flows, and resolve patient support interactions via our platform. This role is crucial in shaping the German market's team, culture, and patient offering, with potential for Saturday work as part of a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new patients, proactively resolve patient tickets, and make outbound calls to ensure product and service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with internal care teams and operational partners to ensure timely and convenient patient order fulfillment.
- Monitor patient sentiment, share feedback, escalate issues, fix bugs, and contribute to product and service improvement.
- Support the building, implementation, and maintenance of process documentation.
- Adapt to changing business needs by taking on new responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in German and English (speaking and writing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with adaptable tone.
- Naturally empathetic, reliable, caring, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficient, with experience in CX software (Google Suite and Zendesk are a plus).
- Drawn to fast-paced working environments with a strong bias to action and initiative.
- Fast learner and independent problem solver.
- Previous startup experience is a plus.
