About the Role

As a Project Consultant BIM, you will utilize your communication skills to establish project-specific collaboration processes, convey information with expertise, and support the project team as a consulting buddy throughout project execution. This role involves taking on responsibility in a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM processes within demanding construction projects across all service phases.
• Create, review, and further develop AIA, BAP, and project-specific information requirements.
• Lead regular BIM Jour Fixe and coordination meetings, ensuring structured collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• Set up and manage the collaboration platform (e.g., DALUX), ensuring adherence to defined workflows.
• Conduct quality checks, support model coordination, and ensure the implementation of ISO 19650 compliant processes.
• Participate in workshops and support the further development of project-specific BIM standards.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in BIM management and practical knowledge of complex construction project requirements.
• Very good knowledge of DALUX or similar tools and proficiency with digital collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and the creation and application of AIA and BAP.
• Experience in project management and confident communication with clients and interdisciplinary project teams.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills.
