About the Role

As a Sales Leader at our new Toronto Premium Outlets location, you will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high store standards. You will play a key role in training staff, executing visual merchandising, and fostering a dynamic brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Operate the point-of-sale system for efficient and accurate transactions.
• Lead and assist with visual merchandising changes per company guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs, targets, and goal status.
• Ensure compliance with company and store policies.
• Motivate the team and recognize strong performance.
• Assist with new hire training, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal laws.
• Execute marketing materials, campaigns, and store events to increase community involvement.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of retail sales experience.
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to train, delegate, and motivate effectively.
• Team-oriented spirit and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
