About the Role

You will provide oversight of global operations performance across IAG operating companies, focusing on regulatory requirements and IAG Cargo standards through the development and delivery of a quality assurance program. You will support the business in identifying and addressing areas of non-compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and advice to regions in aviation security, health & safety, standards, and quality management.
  • Develop and manage an audit, inspection, and monitoring plan for the IAGC network to ensure compliance with Air Operations, ISARPS, and other regulations, company policies, and IAG Cargo standards.
  • Make appropriate recommendations and monitor completion where shortfalls exist.
  • Carry out investigations of safety & security incidents as required.
  • Produce clear and concise reports on findings, observations, and recommendations.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of global technical standards across IAGC.
  • Support the process of obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals.
  • Produce trend analysis, metric collection, analytics, and reporting across all operations.
