About the Role

Lightspeed is seeking a senior product marketing leader to drive the go-to-market success of its Hospitality product line in EMEA. You will lead a full-lifecycle product marketing team, managing the entire customer journey and being accountable for revenue impact. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, you will serve as the liaison between various departments and the voice of the restaurateur within Lightspeed.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and orchestrate the EMEA go-to-market strategy for the Hospitality product portfolio, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing and owning commercial outcomes.
  • Own the messaging and positioning framework for Lightspeed's Hospitality solutions, establishing clear competitive differentiation and translating product value.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of four experienced product marketers, setting team goals and owning PMM-led initiative results.
  • Direct lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer journey, with measurable contribution to revenue and expansion targets.
  • Own and deploy the Hospitality PMM budget, prioritizing investments that drive business outcomes and reporting on return.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, define the market research roadmap, and surface insights to inform product strategy, positioning, and GTM planning.
  • Drive pricing and packaging alignment across GTM, Product, RevOps, and Finance, grounding commercial decisions in market and customer insight.
  • Deepen partnerships with Product and Technology teams, shaping the product roadmap with market and customer evidence, and managing the launch process for new products and features.
  • Equip sales and partner teams with the messaging, tools, and training required to sell and deliver Hospitality offerings.
  • Maintain and refine processes and workflows across the GTM organization, including launch management, insight sharing, and cross-functional planning.
  • Build influential relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and regional Marketing teams, collaborating with Product Marketing leaders in other regions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing, lifecycle/growth marketing, or a similar go-to-market role.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally serving SMB audiences.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Technology teams to influence roadmaps and deliver successful launches.
  • Experience owning post-launch growth motions (adoption, upsell, cross-sell, retention) with clear revenue accountability.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and prioritizing spend against business outcomes.
  • Strong quantitative and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence across senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • An AI-first working mindset, from research and content to launch execution, and a track record of raising a team's AI fluency.
  • Genuine curiosity about helping SMBs and restaurateurs succeed.
