Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and billing for stable operation of equipment.
- Attend case support.
- Improve and maintain customer satisfaction through communication.
- Analyze data to improve operations.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding defects and complaints to improve satisfaction.
- Perform repairs and inspections for other CAS products, including field and in-house work.
- Perform field and in-house installation, regular maintenance, and repair of Cryoablation systems.
- Perform field and in-house installation, regular maintenance, and repair of Diamond-Temp Ablation systems.
- Perform repair and regular maintenance of Pulse Select Ablation systems, including field and in-house work.
- Handle products from other business units.
Requirements
- Work experience in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Field service work experience.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
- Availability for work during nights and holidays.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Skills
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or higher is desirable).
- Good communication skills.
- PC skills for document creation using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
