About the Role

This role supports the team in providing timely, robust, and insightful financial information for Joint Ventures. You will lead on operational funding, complete the month-end process for Joint Venture accounting, produce weekly sales reports, and assist with budget reporting through analysis. Additionally, you will support year-end tasks, including audit requests and inputting information into statutory accounts for all Joint Ventures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on operational funding for Joint Ventures
  • Complete the month end process on Joint Venture accounting
  • Produce weekly sales reports for the Sales and Development team
  • Assist and support with the budget reporting by carrying out analyses as requested
  • Provide support for year-end tasks such as audit requests
  • Input information into the statutory accounts process for all Joint Ventures

Requirements

  • Part-qualified Accountant with relevant financial accounting experience
  • Experience of working in an accounting/finance department or similar environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong investigatory skills
  • Proven track record in the use of Excel
  • Proven track record in the use of integrated computerized accounting systems
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Passionate about learning and developing
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
