About the Role
This role supports the team in providing timely, robust, and insightful financial information for Joint Ventures. You will lead on operational funding, complete the month-end process for Joint Venture accounting, produce weekly sales reports, and assist with budget reporting through analysis. Additionally, you will support year-end tasks, including audit requests and inputting information into statutory accounts for all Joint Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Lead on operational funding for Joint Ventures
- Complete the month end process on Joint Venture accounting
- Produce weekly sales reports for the Sales and Development team
- Assist and support with the budget reporting by carrying out analyses as requested
- Provide support for year-end tasks such as audit requests
- Input information into the statutory accounts process for all Joint Ventures
Requirements
- Part-qualified Accountant with relevant financial accounting experience
- Experience of working in an accounting/finance department or similar environment
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong investigatory skills
- Proven track record in the use of Excel
- Proven track record in the use of integrated computerized accounting systems
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Passionate about learning and developing
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
