About the Role

Drive and shape how Fin learns, adopts, and thrives with its Enterprise Technology. This role sits at the intersection of IT and every team at Fin, running programs that ensure employees maximize the value of their tools and technology. It's a people-first program management role focused on empowering employees through effective tool utilization, onboarding, and education in a rapidly evolving AI-first landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and evolve Fin’s IT Onboarding program, ensuring new hires join confidently with the tools and knowledge they need from Week 1.
  • Partner with HR, IT Operations, and functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience at scale.
  • Design and deliver IT awareness and education campaigns to help employees maximize Fin's technology stack.
  • Lead adoption for new technology rollouts through communication, enablement, and training.
  • Own the communications strategy for IT across the business, making complex technical topics accessible and engaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize the IT Education Program.
  • Measure program adoption, engagement, and effectiveness, using data to iterate and improve.
  • Stay informed about AI and workplace tooling trends, acting as an early adopter and bringing an informed perspective on the future of IT enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Program Management, Learning & Development, or Employee Enablement.
  • Experience spanning people-facing programs and a technology or IT environment.
  • Proven track record running onboarding, education, or awareness programs end-to-end.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, comfortable working across all levels.
  • Self-directed and autonomous, able to own and drive programs with minimal direction.
  • Proven project and program management fundamentals.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced tech environments, thriving amid change and ambiguity.
