About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Analytics Engineer to support our next phase of growth by building and owning production dbt models. You will ensure financial reporting keeps pace with our new products and markets, driving product decisions and maintaining trustworthy reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end dbt models with robust testing and documentation.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to model commercials and track performance for new product launches.
- Build automated frameworks for reconciliation against third-party data.
- Deliver datasets for month-end close and audit requests while optimizing pipeline efficiency.
- Apply AI tools and agents to accelerate dbt development and improve data quality.
- Contribute to the analytics community through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and participating in the analytics first-responder rota.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical or analytics engineering role.
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large, complex datasets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with modern BI tools such as Looker or Mode.
- Detail-oriented and pragmatic mindset.
- Right to work in the UK.
