About the Role
As an Engagement Manager for the DCX Sales & Service team, you will successfully manage client projects and actively shape the future of Customer Experience, CRM, and AI. You are passionate about modern platform solutions and the possibilities of Agentic CRM, especially within Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other leading customer experience platforms. You will guide our clients through a new era where intelligent agents, AI-powered processes, and innovative customer interactions become the standard. Your focus will be on successful project execution, sustainable client relationships, and inspiring team leadership, while also recognizing the potential of AI in project efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee client projects and programs regarding quality, time, budget, and risks.
- Build and develop trusting client relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, consulting, and sales teams for successful client engagements.
- Guide clients into the Agentic CRM era and support the implementation of modern AI-powered customer experience solutions.
- Take leadership in the project environment and actively contribute to the development of our DCX Sales & Service business.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project or program management, ideally in consulting or IT.
- Interest in making projects more productive not only technically but also through the targeted use of AI.
- Experience in managing complex client projects and diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in Customer Experience, CRM, platform, and AI solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe, or comparable SaaS platforms).
- Experience in or aspiration to develop skills in managing projects not only professionally and organizationally but also making them more productive in setup, collaboration, and delivery through the targeted use of AI and Agentic AI.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.
