About the Role
We are seeking a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and provide technical support for semiconductor test equipment at domestic client sites. This role involves hands-on equipment management and problem-solving at customer locations, offering opportunities to develop both field responsiveness and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance (periodic checks) on semiconductor test equipment at client sites.
- Analyze causes and resolve issues when equipment malfunctions occur.
- Collaborate with customers and internal Application/Engineering teams to address technical issues.
- Conduct equipment usage and operation training for new customers (online/offline).
- Share technical information by collaborating with other service engineers within the region.
- Primarily support domestic customers, with potential support for Asian region customers as needed.
Requirements
- Possess fundamental knowledge in electrical/electronic engineering (able to understand schematic diagrams).
- Demonstrate a logical approach to analyzing and solving technical problems.
- Exhibit strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Show a sense of responsibility for field work and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Be available for customer site visits and field support duties.

Experience Level
- 1-5 years of experience in equipment operation or maintenance within a semiconductor company environment (preferred)
- Experience as a service engineer in semiconductor, electronics, or automation equipment (preferred)
Education Level
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.
- Graduates in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Engineering with relevant practical experience are also encouraged to apply.
