Responsibilities

  • Optimize and coordinate the work of the Superusers’ Team through regular scope evaluation and by moving HR process-related tasks from HR IT Team to Superusers.
  • Upskill HR SSC representatives.
  • Ensure global consistency in Workday-related support and ticket handling.
  • Deliver data analytics and statistics, including case-based data analysis from ServiceNow.
  • Provide Process Owners with data-driven input and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor data quality in Workday, cooperating with local HR representatives to ensure data correctness.
  • Educate local HR colleagues on ensuring and controlling data quality in Workday.
  • Run data quality checks and highlight abnormalities to local HR.
  • Create, deliver, and coordinate Workday-related trainings for new HR colleagues and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Provide hands-on involvement in case/ticket resolution.
  • Test new Workday functionalities and provide input for tool development.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and IT for ongoing Workday development.
  • Suggest and improve Workday functionalities and surrounding tool development activities.
  • Maintain the Superusers’ intranet page.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Workday System is a must.
  • Previous people leadership experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.
  • HR process knowledge and experience from working in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop, and take ownership to deliver excellent service and support.
  • Spoken and written fluency in English.
