About the Role

The Behavioural Science practice applies cognitive psychology, social psychology, and behavioural economics to solve complex challenges for influential organizations. This role involves creating effective interventions, communications, and experiences across public, private, and third sectors by blending strategic depth with creative, counter-intuitive thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Drive medium-complexity projects and support large-scale initiatives under Director guidance.
  • Lead primary and secondary research, including literature reviews, competitor analysis, and consumer research.
  • Distill research findings into strategic and creative opportunities.
  • Develop and facilitate ideation workshops and design behavioural interventions.
  • Nurture creative output and identify novel applications of behavioural science.
  • Delegate tasks to Analysts and provide feedback on client-facing deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, meetings, and relationships.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and third-party supplier relationships.
  • Maintain high standards of consulting rigour and creativity.
  • Participate in growth conversations with existing and prospective clients.
  • Draft new business proposals, including approach, budget, and project plans.
  • Contribute to agency pitches, thought leadership, and events like Nudgestock.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in psychology, biology, humanities, social sciences, economics, or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, client-side strategy, or equivalent professional services roles.
  • Detailed knowledge of behavioural science, cognitive psychology, social psychology, and behavioural economics.
  • Proven ability to apply academic knowledge to solve practical business problems.
  • Experience with AI-integrated workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
