About the Role
Westernacher Solutions is a leading IT consulting and solutions provider for eGovernment & eJustice, supporting the digitalization of the justice system and notary offices with a broad range of expertise and a strong technological foundation. We are seeking an IT Service Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Process analytical tasks and questions from operations management.
- Monitor and maintain messages related to EGVP and special justice mailboxes.
- Systematize and maintain justice systems, including permissions and distribution lists.
- Summarize and prepare error reports and logs.
- Coordinate and process tickets.
- Support the introduction of new components and applications.
Requirements
- Initial practical experience (internships) is desirable, or ideally, early-stage job experience related to IT services.
- A legal background or experience in the public sector with an IT focus, or alternatively, an IT background related to the public sector.
- Strong IT affinity and basic technical understanding.
- Keen interest in the digitalization of the justice system or public administration.
- Willingness to learn about electronic legal transactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent German language skills.
