About the Role
CAE's Future Air Mission Training System (F‑AMTS) is redefining how Australia prepares its next generation of aviators through immersive, cyber-secure, and scalable training. Responsibilities
- Design and develop CAE managed courseware and training materials in line with standardised product processes and product specifications
- Participate in review of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements and implement feedback from the development team
- Adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues arising related to scope or schedule
- Collaborate with colleagues in sharing of expertise and the performance of similar or connected tasks
Requirements
- Experience or qualifications in the development of computer-based training
- Solid experience in training development, ideally within defence or aviation industries
- Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work to a hybrid arrangement, minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days flexible
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
- Must be an Australian Citizen
