About the Role
Westernacher Solutions is a leading IT consulting and solutions provider for eGovernment & eJustice, seeking a working student to support the digitalization of the justice system and notary offices.
Responsibilities
- Processing analytical tasks and questions from operations management
- Monitoring and maintaining messages within the EGVP environment and special justice mailboxes
- Systematizing and maintaining content in justice systems (e.g., authorizations and distributors)
- Summarizing and preparing error reports and logs
- Coordinating and processing tickets
- Supporting the introduction of new components and applications
Requirements
- First practical experience desirable (internships); otherwise, ideally first job experience related to IT services
- Initial legal background or experience in the public sector with an IT connection, or alternatively an IT background with a connection to the public sector
- Strong IT affinity and basic technical understanding
- Strong interest in the digitalization of the justice system or public administration
- Willingness to learn about electronic legal transactions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Fluent German language skills
