About the Role
In this role, you will support the operational management of a large post-sales business, gaining practical insights into how data and operational processes drive business decisions. You will work closely with the MEE Revenue Operations Team and experienced Operations Partners to further improve transparency, efficiency, and data quality within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support Operations Partners with daily operational and analytical tasks.
- Coordinate and manage regular management and business cadences.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and inconsistencies in key business metrics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting tools for various business use cases that support leadership teams in managing their post-sales business.
Requirements
- Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI tools is a plus; a strong interest in building expertise in this area is a prerequisite.
- Language skills: German and fluent English.
- Skills: Strong teamwork skills, a proactive work approach, good self-organization, and the ability to manage changing priorities and ad-hoc requests.
