About the Role

Join LGT Wealth Management as an Associate in our Advisory team, playing a pivotal role supporting Investment Advisers to deliver exceptional service to high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. This role offers exposure to sophisticated portfolios, global investment solutions, and a business that values long term thinking, trust, and sustainable success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding of new clients, account openings and day to day portfolio administration.
  • Coordinate key client activities including cash and stock transfers, corporate actions, margin calls, settlements, and international trading.
  • Support Investment Advisers by preparing meeting materials, investment proposals, pitch documents and review packs.
  • Maintain accurate client files and records within Avaloq while ensuring compliance standards are met.
  • Liaise daily with clients, internal teams and external providers to resolve queries and deliver a seamless service experience.
  • Proactively monitor key client milestones such as annual reviews, documentation updates and risk profile renewals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in wealth management or a similar client facing financial services role.
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine client first mindset.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment with a proactive, resourceful and solutions oriented approach.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
