Responsibilities
- Partner with investment professionals and client-facing teams to help deliver investment insights and solutions to institutional and wealth management clients.
- Gain exposure to global markets, portfolio management, and the client experience.
- Explore global market and economic developments shaping investment opportunities.
- Analyze portfolios and investment strategies across public and private markets.
- Translate complex investment concepts into clear and meaningful insights for clients.
- Work alongside experienced professionals across investments, client management, and business strategy.
- Contribute to projects that support client engagement and business growth.
- Develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in investment management.
- Contribute to meaningful work alongside experienced professionals from across the firm.
- Receive ongoing support and mentorship from your manager, peer mentor, senior leaders, and team members.
- Benefit from a structured feedback process, including formal mid-summer and end-of-summer reviews.
- Participate in educational, networking, and social events.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree at an accredited university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and thrive in a collaborative, intellectually challenging, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and the investment management industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to collaborate in a dynamic and intellectually rigorous environment.
- Curiosity about how technology can improve business processes and decision-making, including applications of artificial intelligence, programming, and data analytics.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Consistently exhibit integrity, accountability, teamwork, adaptability, organization, and humility.
