About the Role
As an Experienced Hire Role, you’ll bring your skill, curiosity, and drive to make health simpler, smarter, and more human. We’re looking for a commercially strong Senior RGM Analyst to help embed Revenue Growth Management across our ANZ business. This role focuses on how commercial decisions are made by building and running the governance, processes, and capability that underpin pricing, promotion, and trade investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own RGM governance & forums
- Lead and coordinate key RGM forums (e.g. pricing reviews, promo effectiveness, G2N reviews)
- Ensure structured, consistent decision-making across pricing, promotions and trade investment
- Embed commercial guardrails and ensure adherence to policy
- Enable and challenge commercial decision-making
- Identify clear, actionable RGM opportunities through data and insight — and challenge teams to act on them
- Bring clear, fact-based perspectives to pricing, promo and investment decisions
- Support Commercial Strategy, Marketing and Account teams in evaluating options and trade-offs
- Build RGM capability across the business
- Coach Commercial Strategy, Sales and Marketing teams on RGM principles
- Uplift understanding of pricing, promotion and trade investment effectiveness
- Help embed a consistent RGM mindset across the organisation
- Improve systems, processes & ways of working
- Strengthen how we track and measure pricing, promotions and trade investment performance
- Simplify and standardise reporting and processes
- Support adoption of RGM frameworks, tools and governance
- Close the loop on performance
- Track outcomes of key decisions and initiatives
- Capture learnings and continuously improve how decisions are made
- Ensure insights translate into action and measurable impact
Requirements
- 2+ years in Category Management or Account Management roles within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare
- Demonstrated track record of translating data and insights into commercial action and measurable outcomes (e.g. pricing changes, promo optimisation, ranging decisions, customer plans, or investment trade-offs)
- Proven ability to influence and challenge decisions in commercially complex environments
