About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at Cricket Australia, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand, campaigns, and storytelling to life through impactful creative. Working within our in-house creative team, you'll develop high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, print, events, and marketing campaigns that engage cricket fans and participants across Australia. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead projects from concept development through to final execution, collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer, marketing team, and a broad range of stakeholders to deliver compelling, on-brand creative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work across some of Australia's most recognised sporting brands and major cricket events while contributing to creative excellence across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, print, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead projects from concept development through to final execution.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer, marketing team, and stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.
  • Contribute to creative excellence across the organisation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Creative Design role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital, social, print, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using Figma and working within contemporary creative and design workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience creating creative assets across a variety of channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality creative outcomes.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com or similar workflow management tools.
  • Must hold a valid Working with Children Check.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Motion design experience in After Effects (highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand application.
  • Sound knowledge of both print and digital production processes, including artwork preparation and file management.
  • Confidence to navigate feedback and evolving creative briefs.
