About the Role
The Project Executive is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end residential construction projects. This individual provides strategic oversight across multiple project teams and serves as the highest authority for client-facing and operational decision-making, ensuring client satisfaction, financial performance, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full responsibility for the financial health of all assigned projects, including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control.
- Ensure all subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders are properly reviewed, approved, and executed.
- Proactively communicate financial impacts and budget updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor expenditures, billing, and collections in coordination with internal teams.
- Oversee project schedules and ensure alignment with contractual milestones.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and assess impacts on cost and resources.
- Ensure all schedule changes are communicated and approved by clients and design teams.
- Lead final negotiations and buyout of all trades.
- Review subcontractor proposals and provide recommendations to clients and consultants.
- Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are upheld.
- Maintain strong relationships with building management, neighbors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all job sites operate in compliance with company safety and operational standards.
- Oversee all aspects of project setup, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of logs, correspondence, and project records.
- Attend key meetings and ensure consistent communication across all project teams.
- Ensure timely completion of all required reporting to senior leadership.
- Oversee project closeout, ensuring completion of all outstanding items.
- Facilitate smooth transition to Service & Maintenance teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a senior representative of the company in client interactions.
- Participate in Client Relations and Management Committee meetings.
- Support broader company initiatives and strategic efforts as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of high-end residential construction and management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising and developing personnel.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Salary/Compensations
- $175,000 - $215,000
