About the Role

As an Associate Strategy Consultant, you will step onto a merit-based, accelerated career path, gain hands-on experience across diverse project types, and tackle the toughest strategic questions facing Biopharma and MedTech innovators worldwide. You will sit at the heart of each project team, working side-by-side with senior leaders and engaging directly with C-suite life-sciences executives, while your contributions help shape the therapies of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

Perform structured analyses and research to support client engagements.
Translate data into insights and contribute to client recommendations.
Help shape strategies and develop high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with team members and actively participate in client discussions.
Take part in an onboarding and training program designed to build understanding of the Healthcare and Life Sciences market and accelerate growth within the firm.

Requirements

1–3 years’ strategy-consulting experience, ideally with a leading firm or high-performing boutique.
MBA, Master’s, or PhD in business, life-sciences, engineering, economics, or a closely related field.
Life-sciences exposure (biopharma, med-tech, diagnostics) highly valued, but not essential.
Adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth settings and stays motivated in uncertain situations.
Full availability to travel.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
