About the Role
This casual position will support our Kingsgrove and East Hills Day Programs. Day programs provide a safe space that empowers clients to build relationships, build independence, and take part in tailored programs built around their own hobbies and interests. We are looking for someone unique who can bring their own talents to help create meaningful, interest-driven experiences that align with each client’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with an intellectual or physical disability attending our Day program.
- Engage clients in individual or group programs.
- Provide personal care respectfully, when required.
- Build capacity to maintain client’s independence and encourage community participation.
- Promote choice and control using person-centred active support.
- Follow behavioural support plans & NDIS care plans.
- Be a positive role model and bring your best, most engaging self every day.
Requirements
- Regular access to your own car.
- P2 NSW Driver’s License or higher.
- Full work rights.
- Available to work at least 2-3 shifts a week.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country/countries will also be required.

- Casual rates from $44.39 per hour + penalties.
