About the Role

As one of the first product hires, you will join a small, fast-moving team to shape an AI-powered platform for revenue optimization. You will own product areas end-to-end, from writing specifications and engaging with customers to making critical prioritization decisions in a high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own product requirements for core deal-pricing and the agent platform by writing clear, detailed specifications.
  • Author test cases and acceptance criteria to validate feature implementation.
  • File well-structured bug reports and drive them to resolution.
  • Make and defend prioritization decisions based on customer impact and effort.
  • Own the product roadmap for a specific area from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with customers during onboarding and support to gather feedback.
  • Establish lightweight processes for spec quality, test coverage, and bug triage.
  • Set direction and maintain quality standards for an entire product or feature suite.
  • Contribute to the broader product roadmap and long-term vision for sales optimization.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and documentation skills for specs and requirements.
  • Rigorous approach to quality, including test case authoring and bug reporting.
  • Sound judgment for prioritizing backlogs and competing customer requests.
  • Experience with complex, high-accuracy products and detailed logic.
  • Proven track record of shipping products in close collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Experience in a startup or small, high-ownership team environment.
