About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us stay ahead of the curve in the evolving world of talent acquisition. This role focuses on building talent communities, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and proactively engaging with top talent before vacancies arise. You will partner with business leaders across Australia and the APAC region, managing end-to-end recruitment and driving innovative sourcing and attraction strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and employer brand.
  • Leverage recruitment data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence and attract top talent.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence activities to identify key talent pools.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and compliant recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues across the global business, sharing best practices and contributing to strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, either in-house or within an agency environment.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across a variety of talent segments.
  • Experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday Recruiting, or similar systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • A passion for candidate experience, diversity hiring, and continuous improvement.
