About the Role

We combine agile methods, Enterprise Architecture, and ServiceNow excellence to guide banks and insurers toward modern, scalable platforms. You will actively shape the digital transformation of the financial industry as a Thought Leader, combining deep technical expertise with a strategic outlook.

Responsibilities

• Take on the technical leadership of complex transformation projects at top companies in the banking, insurance, and asset management sectors, depending on experience.
• Be responsible for solution design, architectural decisions, and technical roadmaps within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Develop strategy-oriented platform and integration concepts (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, Customer Service Management, ESC, HRSD).
• Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and international project partners to define digital target states and governance models, and implement global rollouts in complex multi-platform landscapes.
• Design best practices, standards, and reusable assets for our ServiceNow Practice.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field.
• First to several years of experience in the ServiceNow environment, as well as in requirement engineering, project management, or enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge and ideally project experience in Banking & Insurance (e.g., IT processes, Risk/Compliance, ITIL, regulatory requirements).
• Technical specialization in one or more areas such as ServiceNow design & implementation, integrations (REST, Event-Driven, Workflow Orchestration), custom app development, multi-scope apps, CMDB modeling, and process automation.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to optimally advise clients on-site.
• Very good German and English language skills.
