About the Role

As a (Senior) Consultant in our TMT team, you will guide clients through the entire commercial value chain, from product design and pricing to sales and service processes. You will actively contribute to the development of business models and processes, supporting clients from analysis and conception to successful implementation. The Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector is undergoing fundamental changes due to digital products, process automation, and personalized customer experiences, with AI playing a transformative role.

Responsibilities

Develop concepts for optimizing and redesigning offering, pricing, and monetization strategies and implement them with clients.
Identify and design innovative use cases for (Generative) AI in pricing, sales, and customer service, from intelligent process automation to autonomous AI agents.
Support clients with issues along the entire customer journey, including customer segmentation, customer value analysis, and designing new digital touchpoints to increase customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
Design and realize future-proof service and sales models, and assist in selecting, integrating, and developing suitable systems and tools for operational control.

Requirements

Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, business mathematics, or industrial engineering.
At least two years of professional or consulting experience in software, media, and/or telecommunications, or expertise in product management, pricing, sales, and customer service.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for on-site client consulting.
Very good German and English language skills.
