About the Role
Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general commercial building maintenance, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and adherence to safety and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general commercial building maintenance as directed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on pumps, valves, and piping systems.
- Provide general maintenance, carpentry, and lighting services.
- Procure materials and manage inventory as directed.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain lighting systems.
- Perform general repairs on walls, fences, ceilings, doors, and parking lots.
- Respond to emergencies after hours as scheduled.
- Assist with workstation relocations, office configurations, and office moves.
- Communicate with the client and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics, and time constraints.
- Plan projects to ensure maximum productivity.
Requirements
- Must pass a DMV check.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Must have OSHA 10 certification.
