You will also be part of our global implementation group, sharing learnings and helping build best practices across markets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end office furniture installation projects, including timelines, resources, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure that our implementation partners enable cost-efficient last-mile planning.
- Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns, and replacements.
- Stay in close daily contact with warehouse partners, resolving picking errors, stock discrepancies, and operational issues.

- Lead negotiations with installation partners to ensure the right balance between cost and service quality for NORNORM.
- Ensure installations meet agreed specifications and quality standards, identify risks early, and find solutions when problems occur.
- Track key KPIs related to delivery, cost improvement, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to improve processes and partner performance.
- Lead on-site delivery together with installation partners and internal teams.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met, provide clear direction when adjustments are needed, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
