As a Facilities Assistant, you are on the frontline of the member experience, bringing energy, ownership, and personality to every interaction. You play a vital role in ensuring the club environment is premium, welcoming, and consistent by maintaining facilities to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment
- Support revenue and retention through efficient service
- Promote products, services, or experiences to members
- Follow all club processes, systems, and safety requirements
- Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment, plant, and club infrastructure to a high standard
- Monitor and respond to faults, hazards, or risks
- Support preventative maintenance routines to minimize downtime
- Keep maintenance records, logs, and reporting up to date
- Create welcoming, friendly, and professional interactions with members
- Proactively help members and solve problems
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
- Experience working with a high-profile consumer brand
- Hands-on maintenance experience
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
