About the Role
As a People Advisor, you will support business leaders and the People & Culture team to drive engagement, capability, and business performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, using HR expertise and business insight to deliver proactive people solutions. This role is key in implementing People & Culture initiatives, influencing outcomes, building capability, and creating an exceptional team member experience. This is a 12-month secondment with the potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities
- Provide leaders with generalist HR advice across performance, engagement, remuneration, and workforce matters.
- Support on all employee lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with workplace legislation, policies, and best practice.
- Contribute to the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and projects, using change management approaches to drive adoption and results.
- Analyse people data and provide insights to inform decision-making and support delivery of the People Plan.
- Support position management activities, including organisational structure updates, Position Description reviews, and workforce planning alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and Fair Work frameworks.
- Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities.
- Eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment.
