About the Role
Arch is building software to bring AI to the physical economy, starting with home services. We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to work directly with the CEO, mapping out client organizations, diagnosing problems, and proving the value of Arch's solutions. This is a critical first hire role, responsible for creating the playbook for future client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Map client organizations, identifying decision-makers, influencers, and blockers.
- Diagnose underlying business problems beyond stated issues.
- Develop and present proof of value, including holdout tests, incrementality, and ROI.
- Drive retention and expansion numbers for client accounts.
- Document processes to create a playbook for future deployments.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience at MBB or in PE value creation, with at least one promotion.
- Proven track record of being accountable for achieving business outcomes.
- Ability to quickly understand and identify key stakeholders within a new business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn SQL if not already proficient.
