About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager Corporate (Southeast and North Asia) to lead high-impact marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across the enterprise business. This role focuses on corporate marketing programs and demand generation for new logo acquisition and expansion within targeted accounts, requiring cross-functional collaboration with sales, SDR, digital marketing, campaigns, and channel teams. It's a hands-on role for a marketer who excels in strategy and execution, bringing creative ideas, commercial acumen, and data-driven discipline to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate marketing programs and demand generation initiatives targeting major accounts, driving new logo acquisition and pipeline growth across the SENA enterprise segment.
  • Plan and manage strategic marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives that elevate brand visibility and reinforce CrowdStrike’s leadership in the corporate cybersecurity space.
  • Collaborate closely with digital marketing, campaigns, and channel teams to design and deliver integrated multi-channel programs that reach target audiences across the buyer journey.
  • Partner with sales, SDR, partner, and enterprise marketing teams to ensure strong alignment and maximize conversion through coordinated demand generation and regional initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and timelines to deliver programs efficiently and at the highest standard.
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance metrics across campaigns and activities to optimize ROI and influence future strategy.
  • Localize and adapt global marketing initiatives for the SENA region, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency with global brand direction.
  • Act as the regional marketing lead for corporate -focused initiatives, ensuring visibility, alignment, and flawless execution across internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute key industry and 3rd party events across the SENA region.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of B2B field/regional marketing experience, ideally in technology, cybersecurity or SaaS, with strong expertise in corporate/mid market, demand generation and event marketing.
  • Proven success in driving new logo acquisition and account engagement through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of channel and/or experience working with channel marketing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize for impact.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills with a balance of creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
