About the Role

Better Days is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a confident communicator, comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Handle correspondence and phone inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Order supplies
  • Provide general support to staff and leadership

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience is advantageous
  • Good standard of education, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in healthcare, allied health, or a similar service-based environment is beneficial but not essential
