About the Role

In our ITSM team, you will advise clients on IT Management, IT Service Management, and the selection, implementation, and further development of suitable ITSM tools such as Matrix42 or Jira Service Management. Depending on your experience level, you will take responsibility in day-to-day operations, projects, or (partial) project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT organizations, ITSM processes, and responsibilities, identify optimization potential, and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Advise executives and IT departments on the strategic alignment, further development, and operationalization of ITSM target states.
• Support the selection, implementation, configuration, and expansion of ITSM tools such as Matrix42 or Jira Service Management.
• Create structured project documentation, including ITSM process models, role and function descriptions, manuals, status reports, and project plans.
• Holistically support clients in the use of suitable ITSM applications and complementary software and systems.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Possess knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and ideally have already conceptualized, implemented, or improved ITSM processes and structures.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to optimally advise clients on-site.
• Very good German and English language skills.
