About the Role

We are seeking a (Senior) Manager | Business Intelligence - Planning & Reporting (m/w/d) to help our clients adapt their financial strategies, organizational models, and processes. You will leverage innovative technologies for data-driven decision-making and performance management, especially within S/4HANA transformations. Responsibilities

Conceive and implement Business Intelligence, planning, and reporting solutions using innovative technologies and leading software products.
Provide holistic consulting to client management, lead complex project structures, and manage interdisciplinary teams from developing strategic goals to successful implementation.
Serve as a key contact for CFO organizations in transforming their planning, forecasting, and reporting processes within Finance and S/4HANA transformations.
Identify business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and lead acquisition, proposal, and pre-sales activities.
Develop teams through coaching and mentoring, and drive the sustainable expansion of expertise.
Contribute own ideas, experiences, and market knowledge to create innovative solutions and continuously develop the consulting portfolio.

Requirements

Completed studies in economics or a STEM field.
Proven experience leading project teams and managing complex projects in a responsible role.
Several years of relevant (project) experience in management consulting or comparable transformation environments.
Deep expertise in corporate governance, financial planning, management reporting, data modeling, and BI architectures.
Experience in designing and implementing solutions using technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BPC, Analysis for Office, Tagetik, Board, or comparable platforms.
Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and ability to build trusting relationships with decision-makers.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to advise clients on-site.
Very good German and English language skills.
