About the Role

This 12-month, full-time program offers an opportunity to work within a prominent robotic surgery unit and a state-of-the-art hybrid operating theatre at NSW's largest Private Hospital, delivering superior patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of Neurosurgery Specialists to provide care for patients with acute and chronic neurosurgical conditions.

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent
  • Registered Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Post graduate year 2 minimum
  • Demonstrated competency in clinical skills including effective assessment, care planning care provision, case management and management of clinical emergencies
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Clinical experience in neurosurgery (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability in supervising junior medical officers (desirable)
