About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will join a passionate HR team that embraces best practice. You will provide advice and support on all areas of HR, including performance, leave, absenteeism, pay, engagement, people or leader issues, and development. You will also support and drive process improvements and work with senior leaders on restructure and organizational design, building effective working relationships with HR centers of excellence teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support on all areas of HR including but not limited to performance, leave, absenteeism, pay, engagement, people or leader issues and development
  • Support and drive process improvements
  • Work with senior leaders on restructure and organisational design
  • Build effective working relationships with our HR centres of excellence teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a HR generalist role
  • Demonstrated experience working with leaders of all levels of the organisation, providing accurate and timely support across multiple HR disciplines
  • Ability to travel interstate as required
