About the Role
Lounge is opening a concession in KaDeWe, Berlin, and seeks a Customer Advisor passionate about excellent customer service to help establish Lounge at an iconic shopping destination. You will collaborate with the Concession Manager to ensure the sales floor is customer-ready and reflects Lounge's brand values. The customer experience is paramount, and this role is key to bringing Lounge's online community to life in-person.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Concession Manager and Retail Team to provide individual customer support throughout the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with bra fittings, deepen product knowledge, and offer competent, service-oriented advice.
- Represent Lounge's brand values and act as a confident brand ambassador within KaDeWe.
- Ensure the concession is inviting, organized, clean, and sales-ready at all times.
- Support inventory processes, including deliveries, replenishment, stock organization, and control.
- Process transactions and returns accurately according to Lounge and KaDeWe procedures.
- Share customer feedback and product insights with the team to continuously improve the shopping experience.
Requirements
- Love for lingerie and fashion.
- Fan of Lounge fashion and shared company values.
- Experience in customer interaction.
- Good sense for customer service problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
- German language proficiency: minimum B2 (for customer service).
- Secure conversational English skills.
- Work permit for Germany.
- Ability to travel to KaDeWe in Berlin.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Interviews will be conducted in English.
