About the Role

As the overall responsible electrical engineer (m/f/d), you will bear the ultimate technical responsibility for the planning, construction, and operation of our electrical engineering facilities, ensuring the highest level of electrical safety and actively shaping standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assume overall technical responsibility for planning, construction, and operation of electrical engineering facilities.
  • Select and commission suitable employees in the technical field.
  • Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations and recognized technical standards.
  • Initiate necessary measures for safety and compliance.
  • Create risk assessments, internal regulations, and technical standards in the electrical engineering field.
  • Evaluate technical inspections and conduct performance checks.
  • Derive sustainable improvement measures.
  • Conceptualize and conduct electrical engineering training, including annual training, for employees and service providers.
  • Promote technical exchange in internal expert groups.
  • Participate in crisis management teams and analyze critical events such as disruptions or accidents.
  • Take on special technical tasks.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification.
  • Many years of professional experience and outstanding technical and legal expertise in electrical engineering.
  • Very good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and technical rules.
  • Very conscientious handling of occupational safety rules.
  • Confident handling and comprehensive knowledge of IT applications used.
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
  • Valid car driver's license.
  • Confident skills in guiding specialists and coordinating projects.
