About the Role
As the overall responsible electrical engineer (m/f/d), you will bear the ultimate technical responsibility for the planning, construction, and operation of our electrical engineering facilities, ensuring the highest level of electrical safety and actively shaping standards.
Responsibilities
- Assume overall technical responsibility for planning, construction, and operation of electrical engineering facilities.
- Select and commission suitable employees in the technical field.
- Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations and recognized technical standards.
- Initiate necessary measures for safety and compliance.
- Create risk assessments, internal regulations, and technical standards in the electrical engineering field.
- Evaluate technical inspections and conduct performance checks.
- Derive sustainable improvement measures.
- Conceptualize and conduct electrical engineering training, including annual training, for employees and service providers.
- Promote technical exchange in internal expert groups.
- Participate in crisis management teams and analyze critical events such as disruptions or accidents.
- Take on special technical tasks.
- Communicate with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification.
- Many years of professional experience and outstanding technical and legal expertise in electrical engineering.
- Very good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and technical rules.
- Very conscientious handling of occupational safety rules.
- Confident handling and comprehensive knowledge of IT applications used.
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
- Valid car driver's license.
- Confident skills in guiding specialists and coordinating projects.
