About the Role
Shape the visual and interaction language of Hadrian's ambitious cybersecurity platform, making complex systems feel simple and intuitive.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design, leading initiatives from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity execution and implementation.
- Design elegant workflows and interfaces that make complex cybersecurity concepts intuitive and actionable.
- Help shape a world-class visual language and ensure consistency, usability, and quality across the platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on user needs, product strategy, and technical feasibility.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system in Figma while continuously improving UX and UI standards across the product.
- Leverage user insights, product data, and experimentation to inform design decisions and iterate effectively.
- Partner with engineers to ensure experiences are implemented thoughtfully and with high visual fidelity.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in product or visual (UI/UX) design, preferably on complex B2B or technical products.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and usability.
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality visual execution.
- Ability to think beyond screens and flows, understanding product strategy, user needs, and business impact.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning abstract, messy problems into clear and intuitive experiences.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of technical constraints and enjoyment of working closely with engineering teams.
- Genuine curiosity about Cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Proactive ownership and ability to push projects forward without waiting for direction.
- Experience designing for cybersecurity products (bonus).
- Strong experience with design systems and scalable component thinking (bonus).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/React or experience collaborating closely on front-end implementation (bonus).
- Experience conducting user research, mapping workflows, and contributing to product strategy (bonus).
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, or visual exploration (bonus).
- Illustration or iconography skills that can help strengthen Hadrian’s visual identity (bonus).
