About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Intelligent Automation & Low-Code Consultant to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot. This role involves hands-on technical work, mentoring junior team members, and engaging with senior stakeholders to influence strategic automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy automation and low-code solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to shape automation strategies
- Mentor and support junior developers to foster team growth
- Lead small teams on specific projects
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and AI-driven automation trends
- Collaborate with delivery teams and architects to ensure robust and scalable solutions
Requirements
- Eligibility for Security Clearance
- Proven experience in Power Platform development including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot including Copilot Studio
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading developers
- Excellent problem-solving, design, and analytical skills
