About the Role

The Channel Account Manager plays a key role in driving growth through Bureau’s indirect customer network, including dealers, architects, designers, and other strategic partners. Success in this role is measured by consistent month-over-month growth in Bureau Booths sales through channel partners, supported by strong relationship management, proactive engagement, and disciplined sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, architects, designers, and strategic channel partners
  • Driving sales growth through Bureau’s indirect customer and partner network
  • Identifying new channel opportunities and developing plans to increase partner engagement, activity, and revenue
  • Managing multiple partner accounts while maintaining strong follow-through, service quality, and attention to detail
  • Managing pipeline activity, forecasting, CRM tracking, and partner performance
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success teams to support partner success

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally in channel sales, account management, B2B sales, workplace, commercial interiors, furniture, or a related environment
  • Strong relationship builder with a proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage multiple partner accounts, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to understand partner needs and build long-term, mutually successful relationships
  • Organized, commercially minded, and comfortable using sales data, pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM tools to support growth plans
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and energetic approach
  • Familiarity with the workplace, office furniture, or commercial interiors space is an asset
  • Curiosity, motivation, and the ability to quickly learn the market are equally important
