About the Role
We are seeking a US Sales Enablement Manager to lead enablement execution, including coaching, training programs, and adoption initiatives for a growing sales organization. This role involves building and implementing enablement frameworks, running workshops, coaching representatives, maintaining the sales playbook, and translating new processes into adopted training. The position reports to the US GTM & RevOps Lead with exposure to senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Track and improve new AE and SDR ramp performance, focusing on time-to-first-opportunity, time-to-first-sign, and time-to-full-productivity.
- Run live workshops, provide rep-by-rep call coaching, and manage pitch competitions and skills certifications.
- Develop and maintain onboarding curriculum, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and process documentation.
- Act as the expert on the sales playbook, track methodology adoption, and report process deviations.
- Translate RevOps tooling, workflow, or Salesforce logic changes into field-ready training and drive adoption.
- Oversee the rollout and certification of MEDDPICC or another sales methodology.
- Coordinate with the US GTM Lead to ensure enablement alignment with process design.
- Report on enablement metrics including training completion, assessment scores, ramp benchmarks, and pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of enablement experience from a high-velocity, early-stage company.
- Experience building training and coaching infrastructure.
- At least 1 year in a Sales Role (BDR, AE, or similar quota-facing seller).
- Proven track record of driving adoption and behavioral change in sales teams.
- Comfort with data analysis, including pulling and interpreting activity and pipeline data.
- Ability to utilize Salesforce, Metabase, and other GTM stack tools for insights.
