About the Role

Provide technical support for refrigeration systems to customers and internal teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment. Prepare technical documentation, technical review reports, and training materials. Conduct on-site visits and remote support as required. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Supports Chiller Retrofit business.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in refrigeration systems or HVAC industry.
Minimum 2 years strong knowledge of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
